Our Visionary Accountants, St Albans office, is supporting the local Hertfordshire community by sponsoring the St Albans postbox scheme that raises money for three charities - Earthworks, Age Concern, Small Act of Kindness. These charities were chosen specifically for the work that they do locally and for the wide range of people they support in and around St Albans.
According to the St Albans Postboxes website ‘all the #stalbanspostboxes toppers have been made with love, imagination and possibly some swearing, and at no cost, by volunteers. Business sponsors have been identified and generously gave their money, and prizes!’
The Visionary Accountants post box topper will be placed on the post box at Clarence Road/Gainsborough Avenue, St Albans, AL1 4NJ from 1st December. The post box is located just up the road from the Visionary Accountants office off St Peter's Street in the centre of St Albans. The group organising the toppers have also enlisted the support of St Albans Striders and Athena Running Group who are going to run around placing the toppers this weekend.
There is a map of all the decorative post boxes in St Albans on the postbox website www.stalbanspostboxes.org.uk. This will allow people to use the interactive map to visit all the postboxes. If you visit each post box there will be a QR code to scan to prove you have been there and if you get all the codes, you can enter a competition to win prizes.
