When moving your payroll to Visionary, your existing data will either be uploaded via a compatible data file transfer or manually inputted in to our specialist payroll software. All of your employee data is thoroughly reviewed and checked before going live. Data Security

We provide peace-of-mind to our clients ensuring that payroll and employee data entered is encrypted and secured to deliver privacy and protection at all times. Visionary adheres to all the GDPR regulations for personal data protection.

Working remotely via the specialist online system “OpenSpace” your data is only accessed via a secure portal, password protected and encrypted. To speed up the processes, OpenSpace also provides the facility to offer electronic signatures for payments.

We also provide e-payslips to our clients’ employees which are uploaded to a secure online portal giving them individual access to all their historical pay information.

Auto Enrolment Pensions

During the onboarding process we ensure that the Auto Enrolment for pensions is reviewed, completed where necessary and that your staff are registered. We can also provide assistance with any additional pension schemes that are existing over and above the statutory pension scheme.

We are able to send letters to all staff to provide them with details of their pension enrolment, along with Monthly Assessments and Contributions provided to the Employer. We also upload contributions direct to the Pension Provider on behalf of the client.

Monthly Payroll Reporting

We can arrange a regular meeting to cover the latest details affecting the payroll, such as; arranging holiday pay or increases for individual salaries, as well as discussing any other changes that may have arisen. Our reporting will dovetail into the management accounts to ensure you have a clear and accurate picture of your company’s finances.

Advice and Communication

We strive to maintain an open line of communication with our clients / employers to help them manage any queries or questions they may have regarding their payroll, for example tax codes, salary sacrifice schemes, pension deductions, auto enrolment, P11D taxable benefits or statutory deductions.
