Working remotely via the specialist online system “OpenSpace” your data is only accessed via a secure portal, password protected and encrypted. To speed up the processes, OpenSpace also provides the facility to offer electronic signatures for payments.
We also provide e-payslips to our clients’ employees which are uploaded to a secure online portal giving them individual access to all their historical pay information.
During the onboarding process we ensure that the Auto Enrolment for pensions is reviewed, completed where necessary and that your staff are registered. We can also provide assistance with any additional pension schemes that are existing over and above the statutory pension scheme.
We are able to send letters to all staff to provide them with details of their pension enrolment, along with Monthly Assessments and Contributions provided to the Employer. We also upload contributions direct to the Pension Provider on behalf of the client.
We can arrange a regular meeting to cover the latest details affecting the payroll, such as; arranging holiday pay or increases for individual salaries, as well as discussing any other changes that may have arisen. Our reporting will dovetail into the management accounts to ensure you have a clear and accurate picture of your company’s finances.
