Our St Albans accountancy team were delighted to co-host an entertaining client Christmas networking event with our neighbour MetroBank on St Peter’s Street in St Albans. This is the second time Visionary Accountants has hosted an event with MetroBank. The event gave like-minded people the opportunity to connect with other local entrepreneurs and business owners.
Visionary Accountants invite local Hertfordshire and London clients to network
We invited our accountancy, payroll and bookkeeping clients from across the Hertfordshire region to the networking event held at MetroBank’s offices in St Albans. Clients included representatives from local St Albans, Watford, Hemel Hempstead and Welwyn Garden City businesses. Several clients from London also attended the event.
In 2018 Visionary Accountants & MetroBank co-hosted a networking event for The Hospice of St Francis
Visionary Accountants and MetroBank co-hosted a joint corporate networking event on behalf of The Hospice of St Francis on the 18th July 2018. Both Visionary Accountants and MetroBank are Corporate Partners of The Hospice of St Francis as they offer invaluable support to families in times of need. During our time as a Partner of The Hospice of St Francis Visionary members of the Visionary team have attended many networking events and made beneficial business contacts while helping an amazing charity support those in need.

We know the MetroBank team very well as they work next door to our offices in St Peter’s Street, St Albans so we were pleased to host another networking event with them. We were keen to introduce our accountancy clients to the bank’s team, as many of the commercial services they offer are relevant to our clients. Many Visionary clients attending the networking event enjoyed speaking to the Metro Bank representatives about their business banking opportunities, which include their Business Insights app. Members of our accountancy team also attended the festive drinks, so it was a good opportunity for us to catch up with our accountancy clients and discuss their management accountancy needs for 2020. We also met many MetroBank customers who require the services of a local accountants based in St Albans.’
