On 16th June Visionary Accountants St Albans office supported the Alzheimer’s Society’s Cupcake Day and raised money by selling cupcakes in the office.
Emily Hill, Accounts Assistant, Visionary Accountants, St Albans said:
‘I heard about the Alzheimer’s Society cupcake day so signed up Visionary. Our ‘Team Visionary Bakers’ –Beth, Laura and myself got to work and baked some cupcakes! Everyone loves cakes and it was a great excuse to indulge in a cupcake in the office whilst raising money from colleagues for a good cause. The Alzheimer’s website explains that our £40 donation pays for a person living with dementia to attend one of their Dementia Cafés for two months, where they can share stories and advice with people who understand what they are going through.’
