Visionary Accountants an established St Albans payroll provider is looking to hire a Payroll Administrator in its St Albans office due to the growth in our Chartered Management Accountancy business. Working in a small team, the applicant will have experience of processing both monthly payrolls utilising Sage software.
The ideal candidate will have several years of payroll experience. They must be highly organised and efficient, with the ability to handle multiple deadlines and multiple clients at any one time. They will have a solid understanding of manual calculations and PAYE / HMRC legislation including Auto-Enrolment and Statutory Payments.
Tena Wallace, HR & Payroll Director said: ‘The job will involve being responsible for a portfolio of clients; handling all their payroll requirements. You will have regular contact with clients and therefore good communication skills are essential. We offer our clients a fully managed payroll service. The companies you deal with will range from small owner managed businesses to larger group companies.’
Salary will be in line with market expectations and based on experience.
